Why are my plays not registering?   (Reference Number: 3006)

More than likely the reason why your plays are not registering is you aren't logged into the system. Try logging out of the plug-in by clicking File > Sign Out. Then try logging back into the plug-in. If your plays still aren't being regitered you may need to restart iTunes.
