I had forgotten how good this album is. I gave it a listen again last week and was surprised at how good it is. The bass guitar standsout out more than on the studio stuff and the guitars seem to be a bit hotter.The sound is great.
The only drawback to this album is the song selection. I could have done without the songs off Success. It's one of their weaker albums and the songs don't translate well into a live setting. It was their most recent release at the time so it's understandable they would be included. The highlights are Flavor of the Month, Dream all Day, and the Cheap Trick cover Surrender.
