I've always had a biased opinion of Killswitch Engage after they replaced their old vocalist and The End Of Heartaches was released. They became boring in my opinion, with their one-string melodies and slowed choruses. If I wanted slow music, I'd turn on something that wasn't metal. If every track on this album was amazing as "Eye Of The Storm", I'd appreciate this album more - but I couldn't mosh to this album if I tried. Another thing that's frustrating is how boring the drumming is. I play the drums, and where I'd put in a complex fill, KS's drummer jdoesn't do anything or hits his highhat a few times. I can't rock out to that.
